The way to functional & optimal Breathing
In 2022, I joined the Oxygen Advantage® (OA) training program from Patrick McKeown to become a certified breathing coach.
In addition to my knowledge acquired through the practice of Pranayama, the OA approach allowed me to dive deeper into the science of Breath and how to apply functional breathing to everyday life situations, at home, at work, and during sports activities, in order to live a better & healthy life.
The program addresses 3 main factors of the breathing process: Biochemistry, Biomechanics, and Psychological.
With simple exercises, each acting on these axes, one can:
