Practice with the community

There is a strong energy when teaching is done within a group and I enjoy helping each student to have a safe practice in a trustful environment. 

Based on Hatha Yoga principles together with elements of Flow my teaching focuses on correct alignment, together with breathing techniques to create an overall physical and mental experience.

Breathwork & Pranayama

Exploring the Power of the Breath

Learning how to control and manipulate our breath to a desired outcome is what we will experience in this class, starting by re-training ourselves to practice correct and optimal functional breathing.  

 

Pranayama can only be experienced when we are functional breather and allows us to connect with our  subtle body and free our mind from its turbulences.
