Menopause Yoga is an unique approach that combines facts and information, as well as specific yoga practice to address menopausal symptoms such as: Hot flashes, Irritability, Fatigue, Low mood, Stress & anxiety, osteoporosis prevention..

It is combining Western and Eastern knowledge to empower women and help them take control on their menopausal changes and feel positive, free and proud about themselves. 

What to Expect in a "Menopause Yoga & Wellbeing" Workshop

Each workshop addresses a specific theme based on some of the many symptoms women can experience during the perimenopause and menopause, such as :

  • Stress, Anxiety

  • Depression, fatigue and lethargy

  • Risk of Osteoporosis 

A workshop includes specific yoga sequence, breathing technique, and restorative yoga to ease these symptoms.
