March / Inversion & Shoulder Strength

March will be a month dedicated to Shoulder Strength & Inversions. Come and join me every Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:30 am for a dynamic Hatha practice, coupled with breathing techniques and short meditation. Class is taught in English. Class dates March 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th.
